Your plan clock starts the moment you begin your project, not when you purchase. So you can buy a plan today and start your project whenever you are ready. The countdown only begins once you have entered your initial project information.

No problem. You can purchase a 3-month extension at any time for $29. There is no limit on how many extensions you can add to a project.

The annual subscription at $299/year includes unlimited active projects, binder downloads for every project, and archiving for every completed project. It is the best value if you run more than two or three projects per year.

The Project Binder is a professionally formatted PDF document containing all five of your completed project documents: your Idea Summary, Business Case, Risk and Preparedness Summary, Project Plan, and Launch and Operations Guide. It is yours to keep, download, and share with partners, investors, or your bank. The Binder Download add-on is $19 per project, or included free with an annual subscription.

When you complete all five phases your project is marked as complete. You can download your Project Binder if you have that add-on. If you have purchased the Archive add-on ($29 one-time per project) your completed project remains permanently accessible inside SBwiser with AI-powered search. Without archiving, completed projects are retained for 90 days after your plan ends.

Yes. With an annual subscription you can have unlimited active projects simultaneously. With per-project plans each purchase covers one project at a time.

Yes. All data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption. We never store your payment card details as all payments are processed by Stripe. Your project content belongs to you and is never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. SBwiser saves your progress automatically. You can leave at any time and pick up exactly where you left off. Your AI conversation history is preserved so nothing is lost.
